Creation Fest 2007
In this picture we were sitting up on the hill side. Most of the time we were down much closer to the stage. I really do not do very well with heat, I did my best to find shade during the day. There just was not much shade to be found. The mornings and evenings were really wonderful and we all enjoyed the concerts and speaker. When I left for the Creation Fest my weight at 192, when I returned it was up to 198 since I know I burned tons of calories with all the walking and stuck to my food plan I was pretty confident that it was just the effect of the heat and my body retaining water. It took most of the following week to see the loss of the water gain.
